BUSINESS
It was noted that the brick wall project

Weingarten side.
NEW
BUSINESS
Management will look into options for
correcting the south side wrought iron fencing and/or extending the brick wall
before having Juan remove the vines and dead bougainvilleas. Management was requested to find out if
the final pressure wash has been completed on the new brick wall which should
lighten the color some.
River Oaks Place
Minutes
Page Three
Management advised that some of the new
windows in the D building already have peeling paint, and after some research,
it was discovered that the manufacturer of the windows is no longer in
business. Ideal Commercial Contracting
advised that they may be able to provide the paint for no charge. If the paint comes free, the Board had
no objection to having the staff perform the painting as a courtesy to the
owners on a one-time only basis. In
addition, management will see if a paint consultant could come out to determine
if maybe a primer is needed to assure that paint adheres properly.
It was noted that the new light has been
installed at the stop sign. A
recommendation was made to paint the light post black.
Management was asked to have Larry Hiser
remove the red and white tape on the front of the gate. The request is to replace it with
yellow and white, only on the side/edge of the gate. The Ògate opens to the insideÓ sign will be replaced.
There being no further business, the
meeting was adjourned at 8:13 p.m. to Executive Session.
